These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Buffalo Casino website and services. By registering an account, you accept these Terms in full, so please read them carefully before you play. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account, and we may request proof of your age and identity at any time. Access is not available to residents of restricted countries and territories. The restricted list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, the Netherlands and Spain, and is not exhaustive; jurisdictions subject to sanctions or FATF blacklisting are also excluded. General access and promotion eligibility are separate restrictions: some offers exclude additional countries, so check the terms of each promotion before opting in.
Account Registration
To register, you provide an email address, choose a password, select your account currency and accept the Terms and Conditions. Your account is activated by email, and you complete your personal profile before full use of the service. Each player may hold one personal account only. Accounts are personal to you: sharing an account, transferring an account to another person and using payment methods registered to a third party are restricted.
Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing transactions or withdrawals. Verification is completed through uploads in your profile, which can include a passport or ID card, a selfie of you holding the document and a photo of the payment method used. Images must be clear and readable. Where documents are requested under the Terms, they must be supplied within 7 days. We may additionally request bank statements, proof of address, a notarized copy of your ID or source-of-funds documents. Our anti-money-laundering procedures may also require a photo of your ID beside a six-digit code, a photo of your face and address evidence no older than 3 months.
Deposits
Buffalo Casino accepts deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and BNB. A minimum deposit applies, and a per-transaction maximum applies to card deposits. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. You can set a daily deposit limit on your account under the Terms.
Withdrawals
A minimum withdrawal amount applies, and a monthly maximum withdrawal limit applies to all accounts. Completing verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, and pending verification can delay your payout. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods associated with your own account.
Bonuses and Promotions
New players can claim a welcome package that combines a deposit match with Free Spins, with a minimum qualifying deposit. Recurring promotions include level-up Free Spins, cashback of up to 20%, bonuses on crypto deposits and birthday rewards. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements; slots contribute 100% with the exception of excluded, jackpot and accumulated-benefit games, specified table and card games contribute 5%, and live and other games contribute 0%. A maximum bet applies while a bonus is active. Deposit bonuses remain valid for 7 days, while Free Spins and other bonuses expire after 24 hours unless the individual offer states otherwise. Winnings from deposit Free Spins and cashouts from deposit bonuses are capped, and a lower cap applies to no-deposit bonuses. Real funds are spent before bonus funds. Withdrawing early or cancelling a bonus removes the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and bonus abuse or linked accounts can lead to the removal of bonuses and winnings. Offer terms can change, so check the current conditions on the site before you opt in.
Gameplay Rules
When a bonus is active, game weighting rules determine how your bets count toward wagering: most slots count in full, specified table and card games count at a reduced rate, and live and other games do not count. Excluded, jackpot and accumulated-benefit games do not contribute even when they are slots. Bets above the maximum bonus bet are not permitted while a bonus is active.
Restricted Activity
You may not open more than one personal account, share your account with another person or transfer your account to anyone else. Payment methods registered to third parties may not be used. Bonus abuse and the operation of linked accounts are prohibited and can result in the loss of bonuses and associated winnings.
Account Closure and Inactivity
If your account remains inactive for 13 months, an inactivity charge of 1.5% is applied every 30 days, subject to a minimum charge. You can close your account or take a break at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
Responsible Gambling
You must be at least 18 years old to play, and we may request identity proof to confirm your age. You can set a daily deposit limit under the Terms. Voluntary self-exclusion is available for a period of at least six months; your account cannot be reactivated until the selected period has ended, after which you can contact support to request reactivation. The Terms and Conditions identify 3-102-945833 SRL and are governed by the law of Anjouan. Buffalo Casino operates under a licence issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan, licence number ALSI-202510062-FI2, issued on 2025-10-29 and valid until 2026-10-28. Where these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
